INGREDIENTS
- 4 1⁄2lbs watermelon, whole, plus
- 3cups chopped watermelon
- 3quarts water
- 2cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2quarts ice cubes
DIRECTIONS |
- Remove rind from watermelon, and cut into chunks.
- In batches, blend water, sugar, watermelon and ice in a blender.
- Pour into a large pitcher.
